Customers can send you invitations to work on their projects. You may want to discuss project details first, in this case you can send a Personal Message to the customer.
Service Providers can invite you if you bid on their projects, or directly, using the providers search.
The customer can invite another provider until you accept his/her invitation. If the customer sends another invitation before you accepted yours, your invitation is canceled.
To see all the invitations you received from customers, sign in to My Office and click "View Invitations". If you have any invitations you will see the list of the projects. By clicking on the project title you will see its full information and will be able to discuss the project details with the customer using the Project Message Board.
Click "Consider Invitation" in front of the project title in the "View invitations" section of My Office.
You can reject the invitation if you do not want to work on this project. In this case the bidding will continue. To reject the invitation click the "Reject invitation" button after adding a comment in the field above. You can still bid on this project until you exhaust the limit of bids allowed from one provider.
If you want to accept the invitation, click the "Accept Invitation" button. In this case the bidding is over, the projects passes into the stage of negotiation, where you can discuss all the details, upload additional files and confirm project implementation terms.
